July 31st
Lea Farm Lake – 2 Kingfisher, 6 Green Sandpiper, Black-tailed Godwit dropped onto old shingle island and remained on north end until Peregrine and Hobby spooked it, Peregrine, Hobby chased off Peregrine and returned to Oak behind Sand Martin wall, 102 Coot, Mandarin Duck (FJC); 2 Little Egret in the north and east corner, 3 Ring-necked Parakeet two adult with a juvenile on the feeders (Trevor Guyatt)

Lea Farm Lake – 3 Mandarin Duck all juveniles, 12 Egyptian Goose 2 adults and 10 young obviously a new brood, Common Sandpiper, Gadwall female, 4 Little Egret (FJC)

July 6th
Lea Farm Lake – Redshank, Common Sandpiper, Peregrine took a Black Headed Gull juvenile, Mediterranean Gull 1st summer stayed about 15 minutes, 5 Black-tailed Godwit came into land in the south west corner but veered off and continued south, 2 Little Egret (Andy Tomczynski)

Lea Farm Lake – 18 Common Tern hard to say exactly how many pairs we have post flooding but I suspect no more than 9 with chicks of various ages on right hand raft, 15 Gadwall over north a pair dropped and stayed, Oystercatcher, 3 Mandarin Duck all juveniles, 3 Little Egret (FJC); Great Spotted Woodpecker, 6 Stock Dove (Phil Kinch)
