Lea Farm Lake – 5 Green Sandpiper, 4 Little-ringed Plover two in the north west bay and two in the south west bay, Black-tailed Godwit in the south east corner, Common Sandpiper, Kingfisher sat on the ‘No Fishing’ sign (Steve Clarke); 68 Lapwing in the south west corner, 3 Little-ringed Plover including a juvenile, 2 Common Sandpiper along the east shore, Peregrine landed on the east shore briefly appeared to be a moulting adult, Oystercatcher with the Lapwing’s (FJC)

Lea Farm Lake – 3 Green Sandpiper, Little-ringed Plover, Oystercatcher, 8 Common Tern chicks (Brian Bennett); 3 Lesser Black-backed Gull 2 adults with recently fledged juvenile in front of hide, Common Sandpiper adult in the south west bay, 3 Common Tern fledged and flying one in south west bay and two on the island, Sand Martin’s still visiting at least 11 holes in wall (Trevor Guyatt)

Lea Farm Lake – 4 Green Sandpiper, Oystercatcher heard leaving then flew over high north later, 2 Common Sandpiper one on the north spit and one on the south spit, Teal in the south west corner, 18 Gadwall 5 left quite quickly leaving 13 in the south west corner, 3 Lesser Black-backed Gull freshly fledged juvenile causing panic on Tern island, 2 Little Egret (FJC); Kingfisher past Ron’s, 15 Sand Marten over lake and landfill 2+ Reed Warbler around hide and reeds nearest hide (Simon Huggins)
